Your new role
As an experienced Finance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing core financial operations and supporting payroll functions for the organisation.
Your duties will include, but not limited to the following:
Managing accounts payable and receivable - full end to end
Preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations
Liaising with external accountants and auditors
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a Finance/Accounts role for at least 5 years in a similar industry - Manu/Logistics/Engineering ect.
Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting
Strong understanding of payroll processes and accounting principles, ideally using XERO
High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
