Working for a leader in their field, this is a great opportunity to join this established team based centrally on the Gold Coast. This company is growing rapidly, which is why they are looking to hire a temporary full-time Accounts Receivable Officer. This role is for an immediate start.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager and the CFO, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- End-to-end accounts receivable
- Receipting and allocating customer payments
- Maintaining various Excel spreadsheets
- Debtor communication to resolve outstanding invoices/payments
- Effective relationship management with relevant stakeholders
- General ad hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you need to have:
- At least 2 years' experience in high-volume accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and implement effective debt resolution strategies
- Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
- Attention to detail
