We’re looking for Customer Service Consultants – Hardships & Collections to join our compassionate and solutions-focused team.

You’ll be the voice of support for customers navigating financial hardship, helping them regain stability and confidence.
This is a full-time, 9-month contract with strong potential for permanent placement.

You’ll receive

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing empathetic and tailored support to customers experiencing financial difficulty.
  • Handling enquiries with professionalism, urgency, and care.
  • Using your resilience and communication skills to guide customers toward financial recovery.
  • Applying negotiation and problem-solving techniques to assess and offer appropriate hardship solutions.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in customer service or contact centre environments.
  • Confidence in managing sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion.
  • A strong customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Collections experience is a plus, but not essential.
