We're seeking a D365 Solutions Architect to play a pivotal role in a company-wide transformation program that's energising every corner of the business. This is more than a technical role; it's a chance to shape how technology empowers people, improves customer experiences, and drives innovation.


Your new role
As the ICT Solutions Architect, you'll be at the forefront of a company-wide digital transformation program that's energising every corner of the business. You'll lead the design and implementation of modern business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE . You'll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to architect scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that drive real business outcomes.



What you'll need to succeed
  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Oracle 8I/ PL/SQL, Expertise in Azure Cloud, power app platform, Devops and SharePoint Online.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365
  • Experience in end-to-end digital solution implementation including design, build, data flow mapping, integrations, etc.
  • Experience in government with a focus on customer experience (CX) or product innovation.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful design thinking projects that have led to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, solution architecture, and integration strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to working across teams and with vendor support.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Highly skilled in using Jira and Confluence
