From chemical handling to advanced manufacturing, your expertise will help ensure every process is safe, compliant, and future-ready.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to.
- Designing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing practical control measures.
- Leading incident investigations and continuous safety improvements.
- Engaging with teams and contractors to embed a strong safety mindset.
- Staying ahead of legislation and industry standards.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a specialist occupational health and safety discipline.
- Strong safety experience in a manufacturing, supply chain or other heavy industry environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Safety Management Systems, structures and processes (e.g. ISO45001).
- Sound ability to understand legislative requirements, recommend and apply practical and effective solutions on-site.
- Ability to prioritise and work on a variety of projects with a results orientation and good problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence people at all levels of the organisation.
What you'll get in return
This role offers you an annual salary of $110,000 - $120,000 plus super, full-time hours and an ongoing permanent contract.
