Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Workforce Services Officer to join their team on a 3-month short-term temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

Your new role

• Partner with business units to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organisational goals.

• Provide expert advice across a broad range of human resource functions.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, government policies, and public sector standards.

• Support employees in managing their entitlements and responsibilities independently.

• Contribute to HR strategy, policy development, and project delivery through research and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrates a strong customer service mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Government experience is essential.

• Communicates clearly and effectively across various contexts.

• Delivers professional human resource consultancy services.

• Shows flexibility and a proactive approach to improving service delivery.

• Must hold a valid National Police Clearance issued within the last six months.
