Your new role

As the SAP FICO Functional Consultant, you’ll play a key role in the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, supporting an experienced SAP Finance Stream Lead. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be gathering FICO requirements, configuring the system, and writing functional specifications. You will also be responsible for finance data migration support, assisting with the transition from MYOB and ensuring data integrity across finance modules. Leveraging your excellent stakeholder engagement skills, you will influence and support users throughout the journey, helping drive adoption of the new system.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in SAP FICO implementations

• Strong configuration skills across core finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, as well as Product Costing.

• Ability to produce solution designs, blueprints, and functional documentation.

• Experience supporting UAT and hypercare phases.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – you’re influential, collaborative, and able to guide non-technical users through change.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is essential.
