Your new role

As a Property & Construction Lawyer, you’ll be working closely with leading professionals on high-impact matters across the ACT region. You’ll be involved in a broad range of work including:

• Commercial property transactions (acquisitions and disposals)
• Property financing and structuring
• Commercial leasing and licencing
• Subdivisions and mixed-use developments, including large-scale projects

Working closely with some of Canberra’s most respected property law partners, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships from day one and gain exposure to high-profile development matters.


What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years post-admission experience in property and/or construction law, ideally working within Canberra or the ACT.
• Strong experience in commercial property, development projects, and leasing
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
• A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong client relationships
• A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture
