education and training services across the North West Queensland region.
Your new role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the team in an
administration role. In this role, you will be
responsible for providing a broad range of support in the provision of advice
and the high-quality ongoing service to prospective, new and existing
customers. You will also be contributing to enhancing the overall customer
experience. This role is based in Mount Isa and will be
offered on a Temporary, full-time Monday - Friday roster, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
What you'll need to be succeed:
To
be considered for this role you must have:

Handle customer enquiries
with active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution, adhering
to business policies and procedures.

Take ownership of issues,
model customer-first behaviours, and resolve problems within delegated
authority.

Identify potential business opportunities through inbound and outbound interactions.

Foster collaboration by
sharing relevant information across Client Services and other teams.

Meet individual KPIs and
contribute to team goals and service-level targets
