Your new role

As the Receptionist / Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic—ensuring every patient and visitor feels supported from the moment they arrive. You’ll manage appointments, coordinate transport and documentation, and provide essential administrative support to clinical staff. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining smooth daily operations and upholding high standards of patient care.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
  • SAP experience a must!!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone systems
  • A professional, empathetic, and patient-focused approach
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • A team-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude
