A leading global, high-tech manufacturing company located in Macquaire Park is looking for an Operations Sales Administrator to join their team on a long-term temporary basis.

Your new role

  • Raising orders in SAP

  • Creating and issuing order confirmation
  • Process and raise invoices
  • Booking transportation
  • Responding to email and phone enquiries
  • Liaising with internal teams

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience using SAP

  • Confident with IT and able to learn new systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing and logistical processes
  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with both on and offshore teams
  • Able to work towards deadlines and hit KPI's
