Hays Recruitment is pleased to support the recruitment of a highly motivated Compliance Administrator to support a highly well known organisation in Moranbah, QLD
Your new role
Day-to-day, you will be carrying out the following duties:
- Handle employee updates and changes, working closely with Payroll and Benefits teams.
- Deliver great customer service and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes from start to finish.
- Organise training needs with the Learning and Development Coordinator for relevant teams.
- Keep training records and needs analysis up to date.
- Give advice on awards, agreements, employment laws, and workplace conditions.
- Support key HR areas like pay and grading, staff retention, development, and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Prepare reports and metrics for the People and Capability team.
- Coordinate the exit process for staff leaving the organisation.
- Manage the document approval process, including tracking documents approved by the Head of People and Capability.
- Create and track purchase requisitions.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of awards, certified agreements, and workplace legislation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Solid administration skills with attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communicator who works well in a team environment.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a casual contract working full-time hours Monday to Friday. This role is based in Moranbah, offering $54.90 per hour plus superannuation, with weekly pay! This position has the potential to become ongoing or permanent for the right candidate.
