Your new role
This autonomous position will see you performing numerous payroll responsibilities where you will exercise your full payroll knowledge and offer you the opportunity to take further steps in your career.
All whilst carrying out the following:
End-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay runs in accordance with instructions, agreed expectations and best practice.
Perform full function payroll tasks including on-boarding, auditing, reconciliations, terminations and superannuation.
Respond to payroll queries and offer advice to key stakeholders on solutions to improving payroll performance.
Process, maintain, and reconcile payroll accounts and provide reporting analysis to the management team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as a Payroll Officer within a fast-paced, medium to large-sized organisation:
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-level payroll processing position.
Exposure to Australian payroll processes and legislative framework at a national level.
Willingness and ability to work as part of a cooperative team to achieve team deliverables.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-focused position.
