Parks Supervisor (Full-Time)

Salary: $75,000 + potential overtime

Location: Multiple sites across 5 towns

Work Schedule: 9-day fortnight | 6am–3pm shifts

Your new role

As Parks Supervisor, you’ll lead a diverse team of four team leaders across two horticulture crews and one mowing crew. Your time will be split 70/30 between office-based coordination and on-ground leadership. You’ll manage daily operations, oversee contract performance, respond to customer requests, and ensure efficient deployment of staff and resources. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with practical field support.
