Your new role

• Process and administer both simple and complex lending transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loans.
• Review customer instructions and legal documentation to accurately input data into LoanIQ.
• Manage a personal portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution of loan-related activities.
• Monitor inboxes and respond to requests from front-line bankers and C&IB customers.
• Track fees, calculate interest, and manage deal lifecycle events within LoanIQ.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet critical deadlines, especially during month-end and quarter-end periods.

• Location: 2 Carrington Street, Sydney
• Duration: 6-month temporary contact
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5PM
• Hybrid: 2 Days pw in the office – Tuesday & day of choice
• Hourly Rate: $38.99 + Super

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in LoanIQ is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of facility agreements and ability to interpret complex legal documentation.
• Proven ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in liaising with bankers and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience in C&IB operations or trade finance is advantageous.
