About the Role: We’re looking for a Commercial/Contract Manager to join a Pre-Contracts team. This is a key opportunity for someone from a contracting background to step into a strategic role with long-term career potential.
You’ll be responsible for managing claims, setting up contract governance, overseeing commercial negotiations, and leading procurement and subcontractor frameworks. Your practical experience and ability to navigate complex contracts will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve project claims
- Establish contract administration processes
- Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and insurance matters
- Oversee procurement procedures and compliance
- Manage subcontractor relationships and frameworks
