Your new role

We’re currently seeking Civil Labourers and MR Truck Drivers to support ongoing road maintenance and construction projects. These roles involve a mix of hands-on labour and driving duties, including:
  • Operating MR trucks to transport materials and equipment
  • Assisting with roadworks, site prep, and clean-up
  • Supporting traffic management and control (if ticketed)
  • Performing general civil labouring tasks
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
  • Plant machinery operations (if ticketed)


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in these roles, you’ll need:
  • Experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or labouring
  • A valid MR truck licence (essential for driving roles)
  • White Card and driver’s licence
  • Traffic Control ticket (highly desirable)
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
