Your new role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating finance and operational functions across the organisation. This part-time role, 20–25 hours a week, includes managing payroll, financial reporting, compliance, database administration, and providing support to the Board and Finance Committees. You’ll also assist with broader fundraising and research activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring demonstrated experience in finance, payroll, and administration, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Office, and database systems is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with fundraising databases and bookkeeping will be highly regarded. A background in finance, operations or business administration is desirable.
