Your New Role

As a Service Engineer / Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the performance and reliability of the company’s air treatment systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of air treatment equipment at customer sites
  • Providing after-sales and on-site technical support
  • Responding to customer service calls and resolving issues efficiently
  • Installing, testing, and commissioning new equipment
  • Participating in an after-hours duty roster as required
  • Travelling to regional locations when necessary
  • Reporting directly to the assigned Supervisor
  • Carrying out additional duties as directed


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Certificate in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration or Electrotechnology Electrician (or higher)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC or building maintenance
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems or controls
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Willingness to travel regionally
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
