A unique opportunity is available for a skilled ICT Support Officer to join a regional team delivering infrastructure and technical support across multiple sites in the Ceduna and Streaky Bay area of South Australia.

Your new role

This position focuses on supporting ICT infrastructure projects, coordinating connectivity improvements, and providing hands-on technical administration. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure reliable and secure ICT services.

Key Responsibilities -
Coordinate and support ICT infrastructure upgrades and remediation projects.
Perform hardware installation, configuration, and documentation.
Provide responsive technical support and advice to stakeholders.
Maintain and improve solution documentation and processes.
Build strong relationships with service providers and internal teams.

What you'll need to succeed

What You’ll Bring -
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft environments and ICT infrastructure
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Familiarity with networking, system security, and enterprise ICT systems

Requirements -
Current driver's license and willingness to travel
Working with Children Check
Australian residency or valid work permit
