Your new role

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and automation systems.
• Manage CMMS and external service providers.
• Ensure calibration of critical assets.
• Supervise and develop staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Drive asset lifecycle strategy and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
• Lead capital projects and collaborate on system design and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with WSE, EPA, SQF, CFMSR, WSEP, and other regulatory bodies.
• Analyse and report on KPIs including OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Engineering degree or at a minimum trade qualification in mechanical/electrical
• 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Proven experience with CMMS systems and lean maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
