Your new role

You will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle within a major program, ensuring solutions are robust and fit-for-purpose. You’ll lead a high-performing testing team, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive quality assurance across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Analyse business requirements to develop risk-reducing testing strategies.

• Administer and maintain testing scripts for compatibility across platforms.

• Uphold quality management policies and drive testing process improvements.

• Lead and develop the Testing Team to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Manage test planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.

• Apply sound testing techniques and enforce standardised processes.

• Define and maintain test environments and data.

• Oversee defect management using tools like Quality Centre (QC) and JIRA.

• Prepare detailed test reports and support defect resolution.

• Deliver testing outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in cloud testing and performance monitoring.
• Ability to develop and implement infrastructure testing strategies.
• Proficiency in test automation and performance testing frameworks.
• Strong defect management experience using QC and JIRA.
• Skilled in industry-standard testing tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of quality management and continuous improvement.
• Desirable certifications: CCTFL, AZ-900, Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
