Your new role
You will oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle within a major program, ensuring solutions are robust and fit-for-purpose. You’ll lead a high-performing testing team, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive quality assurance across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
Key Accountabilities:
Manage customer expectations and satisfaction throughout the testing lifecycle.
Analyse business requirements to develop risk-reducing testing strategies.
Administer and maintain testing scripts for compatibility across platforms.
Uphold quality management policies and drive testing process improvements.
Lead and develop the Testing Team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Manage test planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Apply sound testing techniques and enforce standardised processes.
Define and maintain test environments and data.
Oversee defect management using tools like Quality Centre (QC) and JIRA.
Prepare detailed test reports and support defect resolution.
Deliver testing outcomes within time, cost, and quality constraints.
