I’m excited to be working with an educational institute based in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Campus Coordinator to oversee maintenance, operations, and campus services across allocated sites.
In this hands-on and autonomous role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day facilities management, contractor coordination, and event support, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and engaging campus environment. This position also plays a key part in broader campus operations and infrastructure initiatives aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, including contractor supervision and safety oversight.
  • Manage service requests and work orders using ServiceNow.
  • Lead onsite contractor performance, ensuring quality, safety, and timely service delivery.
  • Oversee campus setup changes, facility risk management, and minor project procurement.
  • Support internal and external events and emergency response activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing timely updates and ensuring service excellence.
Key Criteria
  • Relevant degree or significant experience in facilities, building services, or campus operations.
  • Strong understanding of OHS legislation and contractor management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across large or multi-site environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using ServiceNow or CMMS platforms desirable.
  • A proactive, can-do approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in educational, government or large public infrastructure environments.
  • Forklift licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)
