• General electrical workshop duties as directed by the supervisor.
• Complete statutory inspections and documentation.
• Accurately record and report statutory requirements.
• Compile test information and systematically verify commissioning points and documents.
• Understanding and commitment to workplace health & safety principals, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and waste management requirements.
• Complete light vehicle and forklift maintenance checklists if required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as required from time to time, as directed by the supervisor.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade certificate
• QLD Electrical Licence
• LVR CPR
• QLD Coal Board Medical (Advantageous)
• Must be punctual, reliable, and motivated, with a common-sense hands-on approach.
• Able to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously.
• Work within timelines and communicate production risk/s with a direct supervisor.
• Good understanding and knowledge of relevant electrical standards AS/NZS3000, AS/NZS3800, AS/NZS2290
