A National Managed Service Provider headquartered in Melbourne CBD requires a Level 2 Support Engineer to join its Managed Services team for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your new role
In this exciting new role, you will be:
- Providing 2nd level remote and onsite IT support for clients.
- Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve IT issues within the Helpdesk.
- Performing technical support for servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience of providing level 2 IT support in an MSP.
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, Intune, Azure and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA, Ninja RMM and IT Glue is advantageous.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, AWS, Microsoft, ITIL, Cisco, Aruba and Palo Alto certifications are beneficial.
- A current driver’s license and vehicle.
