Customer Service/Sales Assistant
Location: Charlestown
Salary: $61,500 plus super (Pro Rata)
Type: Permanent Part-time
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9–2

To note: The successful candidate would be required to attend full-time training for 2–4 weeks (1 week in Sydney).

Your new role
Working with a large NFP in their Charlestown branch, this organisation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team!
After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset.

    What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service.
  • Previous experience with KPIs is essential.
  • Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes.
  • Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a week of training in Sydney; accommodation will be provided.
