Your new role

Baron Rubber are seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to spearhead growth opportunities across Australia and beyond. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our technical capabilities and customer needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries

  • Build and manage long-term client relationships with key stakeholders

  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop tailored solutions

  • Drive growth across existing accounts and untapped market segments

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings

  • Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in manufacturing, industrial or engineered products

  • Strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand complex solutions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously

  • Familiarity with ISO standards and highly regulated environments is a plus
