Your new role
Baron Rubber are seeking a driven and commercially astute Business Development Manager to spearhead growth opportunities across Australia and beyond. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our technical capabilities and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
Build and manage long-term client relationships with key stakeholders
Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop tailored solutions
Drive growth across existing accounts and untapped market segments
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in manufacturing, industrial or engineered products
Strong technical aptitude and an ability to understand complex solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
Familiarity with ISO standards and highly regulated environments is a plus
