We are currently supporting a large Brisbane-based organisation, who are seeking a SAP Security Lead for a contract till 18/12/26, with the possibility of extension. With a diverse portfolio of services and a strong commitment to innovation, this organisation is implementing a cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA ERP system to enhance service delivery.

Your new role

As the SAP Security Lead, you’ll take charge of the security stream within the ERP transformation program. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide SAP security frameworks across platforms, including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Delivering all technical aspects of the ERP Program’s Security Stream
  • Overseeing the deployment and integration of SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG)
  • Ensuring the implementation of IAM solutions, including role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Ensuring optimum security between SAP S/4HANA Finance, HR, Procurement, EAM
  • Working closely with business units and external vendors to align security measures with business objectives

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience leading SAP S/4HANA security implementation projects (S/4HANA Payroll, HR, SuccessFactors EC, SAP BTP, SAC etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Cloud IAG, RBAC, and SoD implementations
  • SAP GRC and IAM expertise
  • Experience in enterprise-scale deployments and within Federal, State, or Local Governments
  • Exposure to SAP Security processes and technology across integrated SAP landscapes, including cloud-native and hybrid environments
  • Strong capability in gathering security requirements, developing project plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams
