Your new role
The Account Manager will be based on-site, and you will be supporting the transport and infrastructure division. You’ll report directly to the State Manager and have a clear pathway to step into that leadership role over time.
Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for the transport contract, resolving client inquiries and issues
Lead regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and service standards
Oversee rostering across multiple shifts and manage operational handovers
Produce and analyse weekly and monthly performance reports for internal and client review
Collaborate with operations, quality and safety teams to implement continuous improvements
Use strong stakeholder management skills to navigate daily operational challenges
What you'll need to succeed
Previous account or site management experience in facilities management, soft services, hospitality account management or similar
Experience working in safety-sensitive, industrial environments with mandatory PPE compliance
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks, priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to travel to different sites
