You will play a pivotal role in delivering financial insights, analytics, and reporting across the group. Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will deliver financial analysis and reports to support decision-making and will work closely with the business to provide advice on performance drivers. You will also:

• Assist in managing group budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor and support the collections department’s performance.
• Lead financial and business reviews to enhance internal controls.
• Create new PowerBI dashboards and drive process improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

This role requires someone who can marry data analysis skills with a commercial outlook and the ability to partner with the business. As such, the ideal candidate will bring:
5+ years of experience in financial modelling or data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (creating dashboards) and advanced Excel.
Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build models from scratch.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
