• Overseeing consultant and contractor engagement, payment claims, tender evaluations, and contract awards
• Monitoring performance metrics across budget, schedule, risk, and quality parameters, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Managing the design and delivery of multiple complex building projects concurrently, often across geographically dispersed communities
• Building strong partnerships with stakeholders, clients, and service providers to maximise client satisfaction and operational outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in construction project management with $20M+ infrastructure projects across diverse geographical settings
• Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently across regional and remote communities.
• High-level planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience preparing politically sensitive documents, reports, and correspondence within Government contexts.
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
