Your new role
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering data-backed insights, financial analysis, and commercial support to shape business strategy and performance. From planning and forecasting to stakeholder engagement and reporting, you’ll bring financial narratives to life and guide leadership towards sustainable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating driver-based budgeting and forecasting for designated business units
Delivering insights on financial performance and recommending improvement opportunities
Conducting deep-dive analysis and financial modelling to support decision-making
Supporting strategic initiatives, pricing models and external financial reporting
Strengthening financial acumen across operational teams
Communicating financial outcomes to management and executive audiences
What you'll need to succeed
You’re commercially astute and highly analytical, with a knack for translating financial data into actionable strategy. You're CPA or CA qualified, experienced in finance business partnering, and thrive in collaborative environments that challenge the status quo.
Your profile:
CPA or CA qualified
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis and business partnering
Exceptional financial modelling skills (Excel and other analytical tools)
Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation capabilities
