Your new role

As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of high-end commercial fit outs.

You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing contracts, purchase orders, and variations
• Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
• Assisting with project scheduling and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Supporting client communications and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience in commercial construction or fitouts, ideally in a CA or PC role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction contracts and project documentation
• The ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders
