Are you a seasoned Structural Foreman with a solid track record in high-rise construction? Your new role

You’ll report to the Site Manager, overseeing complex structural operations on-site. From coordinating post-tensioning and formwork to liaising with engineers and contractors, you’ll ensure quality, safety, and progress are never compromised. With strong support from the wider site team, you'll help drive best-in-class delivery from ground floor through to completion.

What you'll Do

• Lead and monitor structural works across residential high-rise builds
• Coordinate subcontractors, steel deliveries, concrete pours, crane operations and scaffold installations
• Interpret engineering plans, manage daily site activities and resolve on-site design issues
• Ensure site safety, structural integrity and progress align with company standards
• Conduct toolbox talks, inspections and support HSEQ compliance
• Collaborate with engineers, site managers, and consultants to achieve seamless execution

What We’re Looking For

• High-rise construction experience is essential
• Strong tenure with previous employers and excellent references
• Engineering or Building degree preferred
• Proven ability to lead site teams and liaise with other stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and communication skills
