This is an opportunity to join a top tier mining contractor as their National RTO Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will lead this state-of-the-art institute driving innovation, compliance and performance both with internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities will include:
Leading contemporary performance across Health and Safety, Pre-Trade and Trade qualifications including VET assessments
Managing a team of trainers, instructional designers, and learning and development professionals
Maintaining the positive branding of the RTO both internally and externally
Leading compliance and quality assurance
Conducting internal reviews and management of external audits
Driving digital transformation and contemporary training and learning practices
Internal and external stakeholder engagement, including ASQA and DTWD
Maintaining ISO9001 accreditation

To be successful in your application, you will be a proven leader within an RTO environment and possess a comprehensive knowledge of the National VET framework. You will bring with you an extensive background from within an RTO providing services to the mining or a related sector and be qualified personally with a Cert IV in training and Assessment. It is essential that you can provide evidence of managing multi-functional teams and drive success through raising the capability of those teams. You will be proficient in current digital systems and offer the agility to problem-solve and multitask within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
