About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive warehouse store person with natural leadership qualities and the ambition to step into a supervisory role in the future. This hands-on position involves overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations alongside two experienced pick packers, while supporting inventory control, dispatch accuracy, and team coordination.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a valid forklift licence who enjoys fast-paced environments, is confident using computers, and thrives in a structured but supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, storing, and dispatching duties across warehouse operations
  • Support and collaborate with two pick packers to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch
  • Operate forklifts (counterbalance) for goods movement and container unloading
  • Assist with inventory tracking and control using warehouse software systems
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workspace
  • Lead by example with a professional and can-do attitude
  • Identify and implement process improvements alongside leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • LF Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Strong computer literacy (Excel, ERP systems, RF scanning experience)
  • Solid experience in warehousing and logistics environments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A leadership mindset with the desire to grow into a supervisory role
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and accountability

Bonus Points

  • Experience acting as a 2IC or team lead
  • Familiarity with inventory systems like SAP, MYOB, or similar
  • Enthusiasm for professional growth and development
