Your new role

• Managing client relationships and providing strategic advice across tax, compliance, and business performance
• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants and advisors
• Driving process improvements and contributing to firm-wide initiatives
• Supporting business development and identifying growth opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualification with 7+ years’ experience in business advisory or public practice
• Proven leadership capabilities and a passion for developing others
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
