Your new role

As the Senior Modern Workplace Engineer, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced workplace solutions across M365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and other cloud platforms. You’ll play a key role in driving technology adoption, improving user experience, and ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Architecting and deploying integrated modern workplace solutions
  • Leading technical discussions and providing strategic guidance on technology adoption
  • Managing security, compliance, and device management protocols
  • Supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
  • Delivering expert-level support and troubleshooting
  • Creating documentation and training materials
  • Leading migrations from on-premises systems (e.g., Exchange) to cloud-based platforms

Note: Experience with Exchange Online migration is essential for this role.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven track record in architecting and delivering modern workplace solutions that drive productivity, collaboration, and security across the enterprise.
  • Deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and related platforms, with a strong focus on integration and scalability.
  • Hands-on experience leading complex Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration projects.
  • Skilled in application packaging and deployment, with a focus on automation, compatibility, and user experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing Exchange Online migrations and decommissioning legacy on-premises environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-first security, compliance, and device management strategies, aligned with modern enterprise standards.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end technical projects, from discovery and design through to implementation and support.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
