The role sits within a large government organisation based in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. The organisation requires a Business Analyst to assist with multiple projects in CRM project.

Your new role

As a senior Business Analyst, you’ll be contributing to projects to assist enterprise-level CRM systems to map business processes and identifying gaps.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level CRM systems
  • Exposure to projects with - Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and ITSM frameworks
  • Skills - analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving
