Your new role
As a Customer Case Officer, you will manage client cases involving wills, probate, and estate administration. You’ll provide accurate legal information, support clients through sensitive conversations, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation. This role requires a strong legal foundation, excellent communication skills, and a client-first mindset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to client enquiries regarding wills and estates
- Providing clear, legally sound guidance in line with current legislation
- Managing case documentation and maintaining confidentiality
- Liaising with legal professionals and stakeholders
- Escalating complex matters appropriately
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
- Previous experience in customer service or case management is highly regarded.
- Successful candidate will need to hold a recent National Police Clearance.
