We’re seeking a D365 Functional Consultant to play a pivotal role in a company-wide transformation program that’s energising every corner of the business. This is more than a strategic role; it’s a chance to shape how technology empowers people, improves customer experiences, and drives innovation.
Your new role
As a D365 Functional Consultant, you’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing modern business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver scalable, user-centric improvements across modules like Sales, Marketing, Contact Centre, and Case Management.
You’ll also contribute to AI-driven automation, data migration, and CRM optimisation, helping the organisation transition from legacy systems to a future-ready platform. This is a hands-on role where your insights will directly shape business processes and customer engagement strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Service, Case Management).
- Configuration expertise in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and scalable solutions.
- Experience in CRM optimisation, data migration, and AI-driven automation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulated environments such as financial services or insurance is highly desirable.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are a bonus.
