YOUR NEW ROLE
You will join the heart of the business, in their buzzing Homebush-based contact centre. Some key responsibilities will include:
Being a first point of contact for members, across inbound; outbound; live-chat; email; and social media communications
Troubleshoot, educate and resolve all queries for members in a positive and knowledgeable manner
Work towards contact centre KPI's to ensure achievement of organisational and individual goals
Comply will all associated risk and regulatory policies to ensure the safety of the customers and the bank
Monday to Friday, anytime from 8am to 7pm rotating roster
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Previous contact centre or customer service experience
Exceptional spoken communication skills
Full working rights and the ability to work a minimum of 20-30hours per week (flexible for you) out of Homebush (will be moving to Barangaroo November)
Be able to commit to full time training from 18th August 2025 (first 3 weeks 9am-4pm)
Outstanding communication with a ‘member first’ approach
Studying finance, business, economics, or an associated degree is preferred
