What you'll need to succeed

• Mount Isa residency – these roles are not FIFO and require you to live locally or be able to DIDO.
• For Surface Operators: Current and relevant RII competencies/tickets for the equipment you operate.
• For Underground Operators: Proven experience in hard rock underground mining.
• A current and valid manual driver’s licence.
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site-specific requirements.
