Your new role

• Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning strategies and plans
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance teams
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with commissioning activities
• Manage commissioning documentation, reporting, and handover to operations
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in commissioning management within heavy industry, mining, or energy sectors
• Conflict
• 5–10 years' experience in a commissioning lead role.
• Significant experience in Completions process.
• Deep understanding of process systems, instrumentation, and control systems
• Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Relevant engineering qualifications (mechanical, electrical, process, or similar)
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
