Your new role
You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning activities to ensure the safe, efficient, and successful start-up of new assets and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning strategies and plans
Lead multidisciplinary teams through pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance teams
Identify and mitigate risks associated with commissioning activities
Manage commissioning documentation, reporting, and handover to operations
Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in commissioning management within heavy industry, mining, or energy sectors
Conflict
5–10 years' experience in a commissioning lead role.
Significant experience in Completions process.
Deep understanding of process systems, instrumentation, and control systems
Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Relevant engineering qualifications (mechanical, electrical, process, or similar)
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
