Your new role

This Associate-level position will see you leading the design and delivery of townhouse and community-focused projects from concept through to completion. You’ll mentor a dedicated team and ensure high standards across design, documentation, and coordination.
We’re seeking:
  • An experienced architect with strong townhouse and community housing experience
  • A confident team leader who can guide, support, and inspire across all project phases
Someone with the technical ability to ensure design integrity is carried through to documentation and delivery

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience leading medium-density residential or townhouse projects with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience
  • Strength in design development, consultant coordination, and documentation
  • Leadership capability and a collaborative working style
  • Confidence using Revit and navigating local planning frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
