Your new role

As the Project Administrator, you’ll support the successful delivery of a high-impact ERP project. You’ll work closely with project and change managers to coordinate activities, manage documentation, and assist with stakeholder engagement and communications.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Project Coordination
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Organise meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
  • Track deliverables, milestones, and risks using tools like Smartsheet
  • Manage documentation repositories and version control
  • Assist with budget tracking and procurement processes
Change Management Support
  • Support execution of change management strategies
  • Coordinate communications and training for Workday rollout
  • Maintain stakeholder and impact assessment logs
  • Help develop and distribute change communications (emails, newsletters, FAQs)
  • Update SharePoint intranet and monitor feedback


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within ERP projects
  • Exposure to Workday or similar cloud-based systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
