Are you an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist ready to shape the future of workplace relations? We are seeking an expert with a strong background in negotiating enterprise agreements within unionised environments and driving best-practice industrial relations strategy across the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise agreement negotiations with unions and stakeholders in complex industrial environments
- Manage disputes, grievances, and disciplinary processes with fairness and compliance
- Represent the organisation confidently at the Fair Work Commission
- Design, develop, and implement robust industrial relations frameworks aligned with legal and organisational standards
- Advise senior leaders on strategic IR issues and risk mitigation – coaching and developing to raise internal capability
To be successful, you will possess:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian industrial relations legislation, including the Fair Work Act
- Demonstrated experience in union negotiations and enterprise bargaining
- Proven skills in dispute resolution, case management, and employee relations
- Strong written and verbal communication for advocacy, policy development, and representation
- Ability to translate complex IR requirements into practical, scalable frameworks and policies
- High emotional intelligence, professional resilience, and strategic insights
