Your new role

As the Data Architecture Lead, you’ll guide the design and implementation of their next-generation cloud data platform. This includes leading architectural strategies, building scalable data solutions, and shaping data governance frameworks. You’ll also spearhead initiatives in advanced analytics and BI to support business exploration and insight delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years in data architecture, modelling, and governance
• Strong background with big data solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, EMR, Spark)
• Hands-on experience with data streaming (Kafka/Kinesis) and orchestration platforms (Airflow, Dagster)
• Expertise with data catalogues, governance tools, and concepts like Data Mesh/Data Products
• Familiarity with IaC tools (e.g. Terraform)
• Exposure to machine learning use cases
• Telecom industry experience preferred
• Excellent communicator with the ability to adapt messaging from exec-level summaries to hands-on technical discussions
• Passionate about delivering results and influencing others
• Assertive, confident, and collaborative
• Committed to ownership of outcomes and high-quality data solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Comfortable working in matrixed environments and various delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
