This incredibly well-renowned financial services organisation are looking for payroll specialists to join their organisation to help them with an internal project. This company prides itself on its inclusivity, collaboration and high-quality service which is demonstrated through every discipline within their business.

Your new role

We are seeking experienced Payroll Specialists to support redundancy and termination processing between September and December 2025. Successful candidates will join mid-August to allow sufficient time for onboarding and system familiarisation. Given high processing volumes, training capacity will be limited; therefore, candidates must bring strong, hands-on experience and be ready to hit the ground running. Key responsibilities include:

  • Process redundancy calculations and terminations using SuccessFactors EC/ECP.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with entitlements and payroll obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related queries.
  • Support additional payroll activities as required, depending on workload.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience in the following:

  • Extensive experience in Australian payroll processing using Successfactors EC/ECP
  • Demonstrate expertise in redundancy and termination calculations
  • Have the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
It is not essential but it would be good if you also had experience with PeopleSoft, but as mentioned, is not essential. You will also have strong communication skills and be able to hit the ground running upon arrival.
