This boutique insolvency practice, built on decades of expertise, combines corporate and personal insolvency. Due to growth and a strong project pipeline, a gap has opened at Supervisor level. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage your own client portfolio across both personal and corporate insolvency matters while also taking ownership of workflow oversight from an offshore team. This firm is currently in the process of moving into a new, refurbished office space in the heart of the CBD.
Your new role
End-to-end case management of personal and corporate insolvency appointments, including bankruptcies, liquidations, voluntary administrations, and receiverships
Preparation of statutory reports and documentation in accordance with ASIC and AFSA requirements, ensuring timely lodgement and regulatory compliance
Analysis of financial statements, bank records, and ledgers to determine asset recovery options, claims assessment, and creditor distributions
Conducting investigations into insolvent entities and preparing detailed findings reports
Managing stakeholder communications, including creditors, debtors, legal representatives, and regulatory authorities
Workflow oversight and review of work produced by offshore support staff
Contributing to strategic planning and operational improvements as part of a lean collaborative team structure
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication and portfolio management skills
Comfortable overseeing offshore workflow and liaising with clients directly
Already living and working in Australia. This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
